  • Fixed Rate Standard Shipping $5.95 for BrainFirst Apparel 1-6 items (orders are processed by a third party and shipped within 3-5 days. Standard Shipping 3-5 days)

International Shipping Policy

  • Free International Shipping on BrainFirst Blue Light Blocking Glasses. (Orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard International Shipping to most countries 5-9 days)
  • Fixed Rate International Shipping $12.95 on BrainFirst Apparel 1-6 items (orders are processed by a third party and shipped within 3-5 days. Standard Shipping 7-15 days)

International Shipping Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.

  • Any claims for money back guarantee must be received (and processed) by us within 30 days after you have received the product.
  • Glasses must be returned in original packaging and condition to qualify.

BrainFirst Apparel Refund Policy

  • BrainFirst Apparel is manufactured by a third party.
  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after you have received the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
